PanOxyl’s acne wash is a maximum-strength cleanser containing 10% benzoyl peroxide, which is the highest over-the-counter concentration for this ingredient. It’s formulated to deeply penetrate pores on the face, chest, and back. This wash works to kill acne-causing bacteria, clear existing blemishes, and help prevent new ones from forming. Even though it’s very strong, the formula also includes moisturizing agents to reduce the dryness that benzoyl peroxide can usually cause. 

How to Use:

1. Wet the skin with lukewarm water.

2. Apply a small amount of the wash and gently massage for 1–2 minutes.

3. Rinse thoroughly and pat dry.

4. Begin using once daily, and if tolerated, gradually increase to twice daily.

5. Reduce frequency if irritation or excessive dryness occurs.

6. Avoid contact with eyes, lips, and sensitive areas.

7. Be aware that benzoyl peroxide can bleach fabrics, so use carefully with towels and clothing.
