Refund policy

At Korean Hub, your satisfaction is important to us. We carefully handle every order to ensure that your products arrive in the best possible condition.

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order in the following cases:

• The product arrived damaged or was broken during shipping.

• You received a different product from the one you originally ordered.

• The product is unusable or has passed its expiry date.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

• The product must be in its original condition, unopened and unused.

• The product must be returned in its original packaging, with all labels and the original invoice included.

• Opened products cannot be returned or exchanged.

How to Request a Return

To request a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team or send us a message through our official social media pages.

Once your request is approved, we will arrange the return or exchange process within 3–5 working days.

Refunds

If your return is approved, the refund will be issued to the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Please allow up to 14 working days for the refunded amount to be processed and reflected, depending on your payment provider.
